Made in Eureka Springs is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. All products listed on the marketplace are sold and shipped directly by individual sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and related customer service.

Seller Responsibility

Each seller is responsible for:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders;

  • Packaging products for shipment;

  • Selecting shipping carriers and services;

  • Providing estimated shipping and delivery timeframes;

  • Supplying tracking information, when available;

  • Addressing shipping-related customer inquiries; and

  • Resolving shipping issues, including lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable shipping laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates, methods, delivery estimates, and shipping restrictions are determined solely by the seller. Delivery dates provided by sellers are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the seller.

Shipping Delays
