Overview

Made in Eureka Springs is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. Because products are offered and fulfilled by individual sellers, return and refund requests are subject to each seller's individual policies and approval.

Order Cancellation Policy

Requesting an Order Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact either the Marketplace or the Seller as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests may be submitted through the Marketplace's designated communication channels or directly to the Seller when available.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Seller Acceptance

Orders may only be canceled if the Seller confirms that the order has not yet been fulfilled, processed, prepared, shipped, delivered, or otherwise completed. The Seller reserves the right to deny a cancellation request if fulfillment activities have already begun.

Marketplace Assistance

The Marketplace may assist Customers and Sellers in facilitating cancellation requests but does not guarantee that any cancellation request will be approved. Final cancellation approval may depend on the order status and the Seller's ability to stop fulfillment.

Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Marketplace's Refund Policy.

Orders Already Fulfilled

Orders that have already been fulfilled, shipped, delivered, or otherwise completed may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, any refund request will be subject to the Marketplace's Refund Policy and any applicable Seller policies.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

A Seller may cancel an order if the product or service is unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, contains pricing errors, or for other legitimate business reasons. In such cases, the Customer will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Marketplace's Refund Policy.

Marketplace Discretion

The Marketplace reserves the right to review and make final determinations regarding cancellation requests, disputes, and related transactions when necessary to protect Customers, Sellers, and the integrity of the Marketplace.

Returns

All return requests are reviewed and approved solely at the discretion of the seller from whom the item was purchased. Sellers may accept or deny return requests in accordance with their stated policies and applicable law.

Buyers must contact the seller directly regarding any return request, including questions about eligibility, return instructions, return shipping, timelines, and item condition requirements.

Made in Eureka Springs does not process, coordinate, manage, or supervise returns between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for any aspect of the return process.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases made through the Marketplace.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved in the following circumstances:

  1. The Seller cancels the order prior to fulfillment.
  2. The Customer cancels the order and the cancellation is approved in accordance with the Marketplace's cancellation policies.
  3. Other circumstances approved by the Marketplace in its sole discretion.

Refund Processing

For any refund approved by the Marketplace prior to order fulfillment, the refund will be issued to the Customer's original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Orders Fulfilled by Seller

Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, delivered, or otherwise completed by the Seller, any approved refund may become the responsibility of the Seller.

If a refund is approved after fulfillment:

  • The Seller may issue the refund directly to the Customer; or
  • The Marketplace may issue the refund to the Customer's original payment method and charge the Seller for the refunded amount, including any applicable fees, adjustments, or chargebacks permitted under the Marketplace's terms.

By selling through the Marketplace, Sellers authorize the Marketplace to recover approved refund amounts from the Seller when necessary to facilitate a refund to the Customer.

Refund Request Deadline

No refunds will be approved more than thirty (30) days after the date of order fulfillment, delivery, or completion, whichever occurs first.

Any refund request submitted after the thirty (30) day period will be denied unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Marketplace Discretion

The Marketplace reserves the right to review all refund requests and determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Approval or denial of any refund request shall be based on the facts and circumstances of the transaction and the Marketplace's applicable policies.

Changes to this Policy

The Marketplace reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the Marketplace website.

Marketplace Responsibility

Made in Eureka Springs acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. The marketplace is not a party to the return or refund transaction between buyer and seller and assumes no responsibility or liability for:

  • Return approvals or denials;

  • Refund approvals or denials;

  • Return shipping arrangements or costs;

  • Lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments;

  • Communication between buyers and sellers regarding returns or refunds;

  • Seller compliance with stated return or refund policies; or

  • Any disputes arising from return or refund requests.

Disputes

Any disputes relating to returns or refunds should first be addressed directly with the seller. Made in Eureka Springs may, but is not obligated to, review disputes or provide assistance at its sole discretion.

Policy Changes

Made in Eureka Springs reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
